About 

Stacy Parker, the founder of Pink Spoon, lives outside of Cornelius with her family including her significant other, Bryan, her daughter, Kiyah, and their two Boxers, Jake and Ellie, and a French Bulldog, Hank. 

Stacy was always an entrepreneur as a child, and her family has always supported her dream to have her own business. Her dad is a retired home builder and has spent countless hours helping her with all of the finishing touches in the Pink Spoon storefront. Stacy’s daughter, Kiyah, spent a lot of time working alongside Stacy and learned to operate the store when she was 4 years old. 

Stacy’s goal is for Pink Spoon to be a place where families and friends in the community can gather to make memories that will last a lifetime.
